Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ki666 ("ki666", "we", "us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the ki666 online casino and sports betting platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered through ki666.bet ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full features of ki666, you must create a registered account. Registration is free. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain and update this information as needed. Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on ki666. The following eligibility requirements apply to all users:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you personally own and operate. Third-party or borrowed numbers are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary ban, whether placed with ki666 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your ki666 account.
• You must not hold more than one ki666 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

ki666 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation from any user at any time, in particular when processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or withdrawal delay.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ki666 supports a range of payment methods available in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ki666 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• ki666 does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment providers including bKash and Nagad may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond ki666's control.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered under your name. Any deposit from a third-party payment source may be voided and returned.
• ki666 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks for high-value deposits or deposits that appear inconsistent with a user's normal account activity.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business minutes for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions. Processing times may vary for bank transfers.
• ki666 does not charge withdrawal fees on any Bangladeshi payment method. The full requested withdrawal amount will be transferred to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ki666 may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000.
• ki666 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

ki666 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general bonus rules apply to all ki666 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Bonus stacking or claiming the same bonus multiple times is prohibited.
• ki666 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• ki666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through the Platform.

Players who have opted into self-exclusion, cool-off periods, or any deposit limit that has been reduced are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the active restriction period.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on ki666 — including slots, live casino, crash games, fish games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of that game or market, which are available within the relevant game interface or betting section. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• ki666 uses independently supplied and audited game content. RNG outcomes for slots and virtual games are certified random. ki666 does not manipulate game results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ki666 will follow the game provider's standard rules for resolving interrupted rounds. Any bets affected by a verified malfunction will be voided and stakes returned.
• ki666 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that was placed or processed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or data feed error. Any winnings derived from such errors will not be paid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ki666. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account on ki666, whether using the same or different identity details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade verification, or using ki666 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share betting strategies in real time, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain credits, free plays, or advantages not intended by ki666.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with ki666 support staff.

ki666 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in all jurisdictions where required by applicable law. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if prohibited conduct is confirmed.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the ki666 Platform — including but not limited to the ki666 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of ki666 or its licensed content providers. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of ki666.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform.

Privacy and Data Protection
